Red Army March (Video to .sfw conversion test)

I was testing out video to sfw conversions to see how it would turn out...
(I was confused with the categorization... This not being an animation nor a movie but a video... Nonetheless, this terribly expands my capabilities of making atrocities with being able to work with flash. MIght put it into my scraps when I feel like it's necessary)

I don't know why I chose this specific video to convert to.

EDIT (10/8/15): Very laggy! I need to do more testing
EDIT (10/9/15): I think I fixed it? (IF THE SOUND STARTS TO OVERLAP, REFRESHING MIGHT FIX IT)

TL;DR:
Essentially, I want to do GIFs with sound
